  This is the second visit and service extremely poor again. Pasta undercooked and stodgy. Atmosphere very good but music a bit loud for conversation.

  Going in the wrong direction. Too many covers ( oversized menu ) on a Saturday night for the kitchen to cope with . Management need to get a grip. Smiles and apologies not good enough. IR should send in a few test customers on Saturdays to report back. 6 pieces of Baguette? ( between 4 ) thrown on table. Who gets the foccacia? Pass poorly heated, plates lukewarm consequently food cold. Lasagne cold at base.,needs microwave then oven to heat through. M&S Lasagne far superior!!!
  Sole ( off the bone), cold. Customers also are to blame for not complaining. The *** are for the bar staff.

  The food is lovely to be fair. But the place is freezing. There is a constant bolt if cold air from the front door.
